Manuel Garcia from Texas spent two days standing under a loose sign at Walmart with one hope – it’ll fall and hit him on the head.The bizarre goal was supposedly part of a hair-brained scheme to build a case to sue the supermarket giant, according to Global News.

Unfortunately, for him the dangling sign remained fastened to the wall.

A picture he posted on his Facebook about the audacious plot has been shared tens of thousands of times.
