Hundreds of doctors from INDIA and PAKISTAN set to come to Britain as NHS faces A&E crisis


NHS officials are looking to India and Pakistan for doctors amid the ongoing A&E crisis, according to a top health chief.

The scheme will start this year as 20 medics are set to fly from India to Greater Manchester in the coming months, with hundreds more expected to follow.
The region’s eight A&E departments have experienced massive staff shortages in recent weeks, putting them under severe strain which could potentially put patients at risk.
