Leigh-Anne Pinnock 'left in tears after being SLAPPED by fan' during meal out

LITTLE MIX'S Leigh-Anne Pinnock was reportedly slapped round the face by a fan

 

whilst enjoying a meal with her friends in a London restaurant.

The 25-year-old singer was alleged to have been left in "floods of tears" after the surprise attack at the VQ restaurant in Bloomsbury.

A witness claimed a man approached the girl band member and started a row with one of her friends then began to hurl abuse at Leigh-Anne.

A diner told The Sun: “He kept saying, ‘if my girlfriend was here, you would both feel really intimidated'.

“Leigh-Anne’s friend wasn’t going to let it go. She kept saying, ‘No I wouldn’t, no I wouldn’t’. And Leigh-Anne started going, ‘Maybe I would, maybe I would'."

The eyewitness then said he overhead the male telling her friend to "shut up" and Leigh-Anne reportedly replied: "'Don’t say that to her,' or: "Don’t be rude.'"

The diner continued: "And he walked around the table and leant into her and gave her a clean slap on the face.”

Other people in the eatery were said to have looked on stunned as they heard the altercation and the onlooker said Leigh-Anne "looked completely shocked".

The witness added: “She was laughing about it at first but then she completely broke down, crying. Her friend was comforting her.

Police were reportedly called to the incident and a Met spokesman told the newspaper: “Police were called on Monday, 28 November at around 04:50 hours by a woman who stated that a man had threatened to assault her and had assaulted another woman she was with.

“The suspect made off prior to police arrival. Officers conducted a search of the area and did not locate the suspect.”

According to police, no arrests have been made and enquiries are ongoing.
