Photos: Visually impaired people in Niger state stage protest over government's plan to ban them from begging on the streets


Some visually impaired people in Niger state this evening staged a protest on the streets of Minna the state capital, against the plan by the state government to ban them from begging on the streets.

The law had already been passed by the government and is expected to take effect from tomorrow July 25th. Continue to see more photos.
