Billionaire buys Playboy mansion for over $100m,allows Hugh Hefner to live there till he dies

The Playboy Mansion has been sold.The Holmby Hills estate - owned by Playboy Enterprises - has been bought by Daren Metropoulos, who lives next door to the property, according to TMZ.
Hugh Hefner had put the estate on the market for $200 million and while the sale price has not yet been revealed, it has been claimed that it went for over $100 million.

And the buyer has agreed to allow the 90-year-old media mogul to remain in the property until he dies.
Daren, whose father is billionaire C. Dean Metropoulos, bought the home next door to the Playboy mansion in Los Angeles for $18 million in 2009.
