Batch B aspiring corp members in a state of shock as they are alerted not to go for camp

According to an SUB reader who was eagerly preparing  for batch B NYSC Orientation camp at Rivers, received the shock of her life after reading a text message advising her not to border going for orientation camp  till further notice. This is because the Federal government is officially broke and can't pay corp members  and further advised her not to engage in any sort of demonstration as the consequences will be great.

And I'm just wondering if it's a gradual move to scrap NYSC...
